Salmon Dijon – salmon filet with rich Dijon cream sauce that's oh so yummy!
Crawfish Lasagna- classic lasagna dish infused with chunks of sweet fresh crawfish, and melted provolone on top, served in a blush sauce.
Beer-Brined Pork Chop- a massive chop slowly marinated and cooked in beer and spices, so its extra tender. Served over a delicious bed of sweet potato ravioli.
Duck Breast with Mango Chutney – choice duck breast cooked to perfection, topped with our house made chutney.
Filet Roquefort – folks come back again and again for this Bridgid's classic of filet mignon with roquefort cheese sauce.
Chilean Sea Bass w/ Lump Crabmeat- abundantly rich filet finished with a lobster cream sauce and lump crabmeat generously poured on top.
